The other day I saw a 50 DRG with every right side accessory was i90 DEX pieces. On top of that he didn't have a Lvl 50 BRD... I was like 'wtf?!?' And ran away. Just because you haven't seen/caught/noticed doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
