    FF14 14 day trial issue

    I convinced one of my friends to try out the 14 day trial.

    Here is what he told me:
    "When I download the file to start actually downloading the game it gives me a corrupt message after it."

    He has tried redownloading the file several times, but it just keeps saying that it's corrupt. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    What is his PC OS and specs? Screenshot of error message would also help.
