You Shadowflare because it's a 250 potency AoE over 30 seconds and will tick while you do other things.

You Miasma II because it's worth it when you have multiple targets clumped up. The combined potency over 10 seconds is a win.

you worded it as if shadowflare and miasma II would instantly kill the bombs.
