Unfortunately there is only so much we can do as customers before it becomes more then it's worth. It is like raising a child. You can teach / bring them up to the best of your knowledge but, in the end it's in there hands when they become adults.
Bots have been around since I have been playing MMORPG. I started in the UO days (Yea I am old). They become more and more advanced every generation. Some are so good you can't tell the difference. You should do the same if you can set aside this issue.
