    Opening Menu Unresponsive

    So I installed the new update, and I arrive on the opening menu that allows me to access my character. Here's the thing: The cursor is completely unresponsive when pressing buttons on my controller that would otherwise move the cursor or allow me to advance further into the menus. I have tried the menu with another controller and I am caterogorically certain that it is not a fault with my controller. Maneuvering through menus and logging in is completely fine; it only becomes unresponsive at the opening menu. Is this happening to anyone else?

    EDIT: I'm on PS3 by the way.

    this has popped up a few times, and the only fix was a completely new ps3 controller
