^EXACTLY!^Just to elaborate,
The way the system works now, if I were to place an item and try to pick it back up into my inventory the item breaks.
The item is Bound to the House, Private Room.
Most house items bind to the player when placed and cant be sold on the market once bound.
What the OP is asking for is for the item to bind to the player instead when placed in the House, Room. Like other items.
This way if she wants to invest in a larger house she is able to transport those said items.
I too would like a GM/Dev response since this has been bugging me for some time. It greatly effects people with private rooms, if the FC dies those rare items go poof.
Yeah, this is actually pretty silly. My FC wants to upgrade to a Medium plot someday, but it's never going to happen because we're not willing to lose items.
unfinished feature i'd say, being rushed because they already promised it
i want to buy large but my medium fc house have almost all rare furniture, really stupid
