Constant high latency in dungeons

For the past month now I've been experiencing high amounts of latency while in dungeons. not just specific dungeons. Every dungeon. I'll get small lags spikes, then it'll be fine for about 20 seconds, then huge lag spikes, and even some that give me the 90000 error but that's kinda rare, like maybe once every 2 days if that. I've tried everything from opening my IP ports, downloading the leatrix latency fix, calling my ISP and talking to them about it. I'm seriously at my wits end, and don't know if it's even worth the trouble anymore. I really, really enjoy playing this game with all my friends but its making things extremely difficult especially as a tank or healer.

Yup, same here. Non-instanced content is largely OK (though sometimes teleports take an oddly long time). Is entirely related to time of day. We've played successfully in dungeons until prime time (>6pm EST) and then suddenly instances become untenable. In the most egregious example, we were in Stone Vigil HM with a FC party, and all four of us experienced >5s lag at the same time. Different machines, different ISPs, different physical locations, so there's no commonality unless you start counting regional (tier 1) network providers.

Either way SE's "reinstall your computer" is complete bollocks, as it's quite apparent its not localized to an individual machine or environment.

I have AT&T I know there have been bad things said about them but this is really the only game I have problems on. I can play WoW, LOTRO, even SWTOR and not see any real problems usual 50-100ms jump here and there but nothing like 300+ I was playing on Gilgamesh and just switched to Leviathan this morning before work and I don't seem to have as high of latency as before, it was doing fine for the first few dungeons but just a small jitter in my last one, just a second or 2 of lag every min or so, nothing drastic.

Telling you man, All I did was switch from ATT to cable again and problem solved completely. Hmm...? Yea its ATT. Don't know why, but it is.
