Constant high latency in dungeons

I have AT&T I know there have been bad things said about them but this is really the only game I have problems on. I can play WoW, LOTRO, even SWTOR and not see any real problems usual 50-100ms jump here and there but nothing like 300+ I was playing on Gilgamesh and just switched to Leviathan this morning before work and I don't seem to have as high of latency as before, it was doing fine for the first few dungeons but just a small jitter in my last one, just a second or 2 of lag every min or so, nothing drastic.

Telling you man, All I did was switch from ATT to cable again and problem solved completely. Hmm...? Yea its ATT. Don't know why, but it is.
