Class materas any one?

Okay i was thinking in the near future perhaps they could add class materas

For example white mages could get one that increase how much there Cure heals for" Or degress the casting times

others examples
Smn/acn : Duration of Bio last 5 seconds
archer INcrease duration of eagle eye-onger

It would be cool for the sake of having options, but I have a feeling that content might end up being tuned for this type of thing. This would result in you having to have certain melds just to do certain content.

like smns most people use the bird girl but i prefer ifirt current hes my favoirt and has been ever since i started playing final fantasy so im never going to stop using Ifirt it should be optional but most of the time we are forced into using bird girl or titan and honstely personally i hate both of em

so with this we could add a mat for specialization in Ifirt Like increase his dmg or attack speed or something

However, if they were to do this I feel like they would have to put materia slots on everything, and make it so that you can't stack the same class materia effect.

How about instead of making the materia for gear, they would put the slots on the job crystal. They could start with having like 1 slot and 3 different materias for each job and expand on it with each patch.
