Action Bar Cursor Visibility

I have been having a problem with the cursor visibility on the Action Bar itself. I play with a controller and now since you have made the abilities on the bar bigger and brighter I tend to lose my cursor and it slows me down because all the sudden I don't know where my cursor is on the bar. If you could please make this circle that highlights the abilities you are on more visible somehow or another. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

I believe this is what they were referring to on [dev1123], but I just wanted to make sure that is the case and verify that I and maybe others were having this problem in case it isn't being addressed at this point in time.

Yes that's what that post is referring to. They're making the cursor easier to see for us gamepad players so hopefully soon this will no longer be an issue when we're in bright areas.
