Soldiery Rings WHM

Basically I now have all my soldiery jewellery besides one ring (still myth). I got my current daystar ring to ilvl110 and was wondering if it was possible to buy and wear a weathered daystar for my last ring. Just asking because the items are unique and I remember my friend saying you can't wear two of the same ring. Does having one weathered and one not remove this or not? If not what ring would you guys recommend in its place?

You can have a combo of unweathered + weathered, which is what you should do now, until you can get a 2nd i110 ring (HA/Judgement). The items are indeed unique, but provided you have the first ring i110fied, you can get another i100 one. Not possible to unweather the i100 ring then, though.

If I have all IL110 - weapon, left side, 4 accessories on the right side and 1 il100 ring, would my overall I level be 110?

I wouldn't waste tomes on another weathered ring. It is not going to make or break your healing. Like stated before, wait and get the High Allagan or Judgement Ring. Or wait ~3 weeks for the new gear.
