I yet again just had homophobic remarks spewed at me from a player in a dungeon. Usually I let this roll off my back which I really shouldn't in the first place, while I was making my report after the party rejected my vote dismiss for harassment, which took all of 10 seconds because I just copied & pasted the chat log into the report they vote kicked me. This seriously disgusting behavior and others, if SE really is open to everyone then it needs to be on top of helping when it happens. So now on top of everything I also get the oh so satisfying feeling of knowing that most likely by the time SE responds to this, they'll not have access to enough data to do anything about it.

You need live support for these situations because:
A) the victim usually needs someone to talk to.
B) with the right tools you could potentially mediate in party chat what's going on
C) You'd have instant access to the log with no need for anyone to go skimming through a mountain of data.
