You're lucky to have a good party but you gotta understand that not all parties can be as good as the other.
Regardless of who has more or less of a responsiblity has nothing to do with it. Each player in what ever fight needs to be responsible for their job not some one else's job. Is it too much to ask that the dps or healers or tanks pay attention to what is going on? If they knew the fight they would not need to be told when to do something they should already know this and should act accordingly. Team work starts with you the player each and every player regardless of what job they are on regardless of who has what responsibilities. It sounds like everyone not just the OP wants to blame someone else.
