I still don't understand why the tanks need to call out what the dps/healers have to do. I dont see any dps/healers telling or making a macro to tell the tank to start getting orbs and swamp. If your responsability to do it, don't wait for other people that have nothing to do with it to tell you what you have to do.

because the tanks get first dibs on the orbs. Based on how the fighting is going if a dps thinks it's a cleanup phase when those orbs were actually needed they will wipe the raid. DPS/healers only pick them up IF the tanks have no need for them, and in the 3rd phase tethers have priority.
