Download Issues ?

To be honest, I'm not sure if this is even the correct place to put this thread..

Anyways, My laptop wiped a while back, and I completely lost the game, I want to start playing again, this Friday I get paid, so I wanted to get the game.. Okay okay long story short, I no longer have the game, and I can't seem to find how to download it again. I have my account and everything filled out and what not, but the download just..doesn't exist for me I guess... Do I need to re-buy the game to be able to play again? In july I tried to get it back, and I had all my account information and everything, but no game, I looked for it then, and even called Square enix, they told me I had to buy the game over... Do I really have to buy the game over to play again?
