If you find a job you enjoy playing get it to 50 ASAP so you can unlock all the features and stuff available at level 50, and with a job at 50 you will always have the +50% bonus XP active while leveling other jobs. It will save you a lot of time in the long run. Obviously, take a break with another job if you need it.
