Primal Allies in our Future?

This' something I would personally love to see.

Not like the FC Summoning of current Primals.

But Primals whom legitimately side with us for our benefit.

If we ever see more unorthodox Primals, I could totally see Valefor in this capacity.

Or Phoenix. Even Alexander if we can liberate him from Ishgard's control (speculation).

Which others would fill well supporting us in the Main Story arc?

I don't think Ramuh *necessarily* counts as he isn't exactly "good" & required we best him in combat. He's a Chaotic Neutral, I would say.

I thought I read that the expansion will move on to more about the Zodiac, I'm curious if The Twelve have anything to do with the twelve Zodiac. Or maybe just rumour mill I picked up on accident.. lol

The Twelve don't really have... physical forms though, do they? They're incorporeal gods, IIRC. Could be wrong on that, though.

As for the Zodiac, you may actually wish to look towards the events that have unfolded in the main story surrounding the Ascians to find your Zodiac link. Here's a hint.

Thus far, we've seen an Egi of Belias (SMN 50 Job Quest) and we've heard whispers of Zodiark. That accounts for Aries and Ophiuchus, respectively. No doubt more will come, and it will likely be that these beings will be the focus of the first expansion.

I've wondered about whether it would be possible to summon alternate forms of them if you had enough people believing in the idea that they weren't evil. On that note, I wonder if the way so many people believe in the warriors of light is going to cause them to become something like primals at some point in the story. It sure seems like all it takes for the aether to alter the physical world is enough energy and hearts/souls/minds of sapients willing it to a specific end.

That said, I'm still vaguely expecting Limsa to be the ruins/remains of Alexander.
