    Housing price at 2.4

    Hi !

    I wonder what will be housing price at 2.4 release, Yoshi.P said it wont be reconsider. But will it be the same base price as 2.38 or will it follow the 6h lowering since 1 month ? x_X

    It will be the same format that has been in place for a while now. Insanely high prices to begin with and dropping over time.

    It would be nice if prices matched what they are at currently but I don't think that will be the case, only rich players will be able to buy a house day 1, everyone else will have to wait even longer.

    There are a significant amount of new spaces available so I don't believe we'll see the same issue occur as last time. I don't feel like "reducing the price" is the correct path, because it would be a complete slap in the face to every FC that struggled to obtain the baseline before. Devaluations are a lot faster than they were before, so I think it's fine the way it is now.

    They said during fan-fest that it will be the same as it has been, since housing was released (both FC/Personal).
