FanFest Livestream Tickets vs Attendance Tickets

Let me start with, I am happy that there is an alternative for people who are not able to attend the event. However, I like quite a few people I'm seeing only bought tickets to the event for the Moogle Attire Suit. So seeing this option AFTER being led to believe that the in-game item was exclusive to physical attendance is a little upsetting. This was bad planning on two fronts: People who would have rather physically been at the event didn't get tickets because item collectors got them just for the item and the item collectors that would have rather stayed home now are going to the event for an item they could have gotten by staying home.

I have a few questions/suggestions that I hope I can get an answer to:

(1) Will or can there be a difference in the Moogle Attire Suit? Such as maybe make the physical attendance one dye-able?

(2) Will there be a limit on the Livestream Platinum ticket holders? This at least will control more of the item population.

(3) Also, the question I'm seeing quite a bit and also wondering. Do ticket holders for 1 of the 3 locations get automatic Livestream of the other 2 locations?

(4) Lastly, will this be available for all future events that will have in-game items?

after sales VIP upgrade after VIP upgrade Live Stream announcement. Just seems like they are only trying to milk as much money out of fans rather than provide an experience for them. They talked it up quite a bit how to get anything you had to attend, that nothing would be mailed out, then after i spend between tickets flight hotel $3100 (international flights arent cheap) not counting transport or food while there, I could have got the same perks and info for $60 is a bit of a slap in the face. This should have been announced from the start.

EDIT: since this seems like a major cash grab anyway why not make the 2 moogle attires different so those attending will buy those tickets too and you can make even more money for double selling.
