Not trying to be an ass about this, and since I don't craft much maybe I don't have an opinion, but wouldn't a terribly failed synth be enough to tell you that you you shouldn't try it again?
up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, target lock, cancel???If it's something like that to click, it won't work so well since this is a controller-based game. I was thinking maybe instead of pressing up/down to select synthesis types, maybe it'd be an option to press right or something to move the cursor over to the cancel button. I dunno, what do you think?
They need an event where if the craft is totally kicking your ass, your element is crazy, and the orb is glowing, then there will be a 1% chance on a rapid synth that it'll explode and kill you in town.
Oh, just tie it to the jump feature like everything else.
JUMP TO WIN THE GAME!
Youd think that, but it really does seem like the success and failures happen with no rhyme or reason at times, even for stuff you should be able to make in your sleep.
At any rate, I would love the following commands
/craftrage
/fliptable
/smashtable
/throwtools
/tableupsiderandompersonshead
:P

(If it doesn't it go right to the part, start at 2:02)
This is exactly what i want to do, infact I want this part to play when I hit the quit button!
When you craft, these buttons on the Gamepad are never used:
Emote list
Menu
Cancel
and the Keyboard almostly never receives the ESC as an input while crafting, so...
Cancel Synthesis: ESC (Cancel Button)
I think it'll work, and as a result our Character will take the table from its bottom and flip it on the air (optional addition). That would be great!
