If I were to buy a house for myself (and I refuse to call this personal housing), but eventually decide to start my FC (or join one), would it be possible to change the ownership of the house from a single person to under the FC's name?

And a side question, how long does it typically take for a FC to get up to rank 8?

btw, rank6 FC can purchase FC house ^^;
