    I think it should be a partial unlock. Gear is unlocked, but UAT, Oil, and Sand stays weekly.

    I was thinking about this too, but in the end with 2.4 we will have higher gear to buy with new tomestones (so higher then 110), so it wouldn't be so much of an issue if Oil and Sand were unlocked too... right?
