    2.4 Dungeons & ilvl

    Please have the new dungeons drop at least i105 & be of appropriate difficulty for such an ilvl.

    We have absurdly cheap i90; we have i100 & i100+ from ST & Soldiery.

    Obviously Dungeon gear shouldn't surpass SCOB gear but it should definitely be relevant to preceding SCOB.

    No more of this i80 drop when the average joe 50 is sitting casually in i95+.

    ((for those who think this' too high, consider we're getting new Tomes/Tomegear, Soldiery Uncapped, & SCOB Echo/Unlock in 2.4))
