2002 - Unable to connect to Lobby

Getting 2002...or if i can log on for 10secs..then 90002 error...Shiva here ^^

Rly evil today..got the error stuff 10x+ or more....i don t count anymore.

I made a support ticket....lets hope they can help.

Masamune is having the same issue for some of us. A lot of 9000, 2002, etc.

Did a /ping to servers, Quite a lot of request timeouts. Some timeouts resulted in a 9000, while others are recoverable, but everyone/thing is teleporting everywhere.

Hello Guys /Girls,

here are some advise from me:

1. Update your networkcard drivers asap !
After that i don t got any discos anymore. But if that won t help, you can try this advise:


and 2. from Support:

Try to change the UPnP-Settings in your FFXIV.cfg
- Open your FFXIV.cfg with NotePad
-Search the <Network Settings>
- Change UPnP from 1 to UPnP 0

Well im on ps4, so i cant do any of that.

Sorry for doubting of your solution, but from what im noticing, the problem is happening more frequently when ff is having high player activity, so thers a chance u just not noticing the problems NOW.

Did everything you said to do Silver, still no luck. Getting the 90000 one now.
