Well since reporting bots on my server seems to make no difference (I swear it's the same RMT bot since I started playing) Why not start posting the type of bot and it's location on here so that way it'll see more eyes then the STF and in-game reports, feel free to post your locations and types too (no names)

What's the point? We can't name characters & SE can't fix the issue. It's not like we can avoid the tells & friend requests by knowing where they are at one particular moment. And the damn reporting system is so cumbersome I don't even bother anymore.

I just wish they could do something about the friend request spam. But even then it would just probably cause problems by making the friend request more cumbersome. I'm not sure what they can do about it really.

I sometimes run around in crap gear because I cant be bothered to get new gear and have a full set not soulbound.
I also dont respon to weirdos sending " you f bot go away" tells, why would I? Most of the time I am watching tv while crafting or farming with game sounds turned off.

Hell, 9 times out of 10 I completely ignore tells. Though, lately, to avoid getting spam bot friend requests & tells I set my status to /busy

This qualifies as shaming and is against the ToS. I don't care if they are bots, or you think they are bots, or they came outright and told you they are bots. You're not allowed to do this.

You can post all you like about bots as long as you don't name them.
Unfortunately, SE does not have any interest in banning open world bots (ie. spiritbonding/gathering).
Don't waste your time reporting them through the official channel, complain here all you like but they will just ignore.

Very poor service for a subscription based MMO.
