We didn't even get to see any devaluation at all because everything was bought up on most if not all servers within the very first day of implementation. Which in lies the true problem, A lack of wards & plots. Once land comes available and devalues properly without incident, even a small plot of land will be affordable to the most casual player. To go further, under full devaluation, a large plot of land in the 1st Class area would be 18.8 million gil cheaper for a personal house than the same plot for a FC house.

I'm sorry you feel poor, but not everyone has your individual problem. The prices are indeed completely separate from free company housing and far more affordable.

I believe the whole housing argument has derailed the original topic of this thread. it is beating the most dead horse that ever died, became undead, was vanquished, was repossessed, was vanquished again, and then got paved into a road and walked across for ages, feet beating it till it was deader than dead ever was.

Back on the topic of 2.4, I really hope they come out with a healer class. we only have one, and it makes me sad.

Yeh a new healer class/job would be really nice! - Though I have a feeling if gunner is the next healing class, then it'll be a dps until level 30 until it branches out into the chemist job (speculation entirely of course)

Maybe when the game first released, but now conj, whm and sch are plentiful for all level ranges of dungeons....

The way you blasted off complaining about personal housing, one would assume you sounded like a person who had a gil problem, and directing unintended hate towards Yoshi-P and his team without your due diligence for the truth. So I assumed as much. My apologies.

Regardless, it is as I said, and you really don't have a valid rebuttal at all for complaining concerning personal housing. Yoshi-P has done nothing wrong outside the fact that he wasn't far more informative (much sooner) with his method of implementation.
