    If you're trying to catch blood-red bonytongue you can ignore those catches after silverfish HQ because you know they're not a big fish and it's a direct silverfish mooch.

    I think it's unlikely the perception cap is very high if it exists at all, since the official post stated we should be able to catch all the fish without FC buffs.

    Finally got it! Used the FC perception buff this time to get to 326 perception and got a HQ Mahar on my 2nd bite.
