i87 WHM looking for endgame FC

Hello, I recently just came back from a longish hiatus (I haven't played since Leviathan Patch) and well, when I came back I found my old FC I loved had kinda died/went inactive. So I'm looking for an FC I can do endgame with.

My schedule is kind of over the place, I'm EST and like to play in the evenings and the afternoon, but I can't really be around on a thursday. I'd ideally love to join an FC with an active VOIP or have FC-mates that regularly skype, because I like to use my microphone, especially when staticing or queueing together. I'd also appreciate a fair amount of activity, my last few FCs have been kinda inactive, and the few times groups were arranged we didn't have enough people for anything.

I know I have to work on my gear, and I'd appreciate help/advice on that, so I'm by no means looking for a Second Coil static because I know the answer is no and I don't have a Twin kill yet. But I do want to still get into some form of endgame somehow! Last I remember I was struggling with Titan EX and getting frustrated.

About me as a player, I'm not a super hardcore guy, but I'm wiling to listen to directions and try to improve my healing both by working on gear and trying to understand criticism. I am still learning after all. So I'd like to join a FC that's nice and accepting but still treats run-static time as focus time.
