I'm currently on Coeurl, however the raid scene on Coeurl is... not good at best, and pretty bad at worst. There's very few groups that even clear T9 regularly, and since coming back to the game around a month ago after a ~3 month break (My static broke apart) I've been bouncing around. Currently running with a raid of people's alts, reliably clearing T6-9 (Even doing carries for people through it), but come 2.4 that group is going to dissolve as people go to their progression groups. As I'm the only main character in that group, I'll likely be left in the dust.
As such, I'm looking at my options. I've heard good things about Leviathan, both in terms of community and in terms of the raid scene. I'm personally interested in doing progression ASAP on the Third Coil, but I'm hoping for a solid group that can reliably progress. (One of the bigger issues with Coeurl!) Personally as mentioned I've done all turns, solo healed T1-5 (pre-echo), solo healed T6, and want to solo heal the rest of 7-9 as well.Currently sitting at i108, simply need new pants (Still using the i90 scholar pants), so there's that (Might show my white mage rather than my scholar, depending). Working on finishing my Novus soon, since I've decided that the High Allagan book will never drop. (Hell, I've never seen the regular Allagan book either, despite doing T5 numerous times)
I guess what this boils down to is: Do any raid groups intent on progressing need a scholar for 2.4? (If yours doesn't, if you know of one, that would work too!) I noticed AU, but they're currently looking for white mages predominately. I don't know the other major raiding FCs of the server, so that would help too!
General questions as well: How is the economy of the server? I've heard it can be unreliable. Same for the PuG raid scene, if worst comes to worse. General community feel? From making an alt to scope it out, it seems very, very relaxed overall. (And shocked me at how busy it is compared to Coeurl)
Thanks in advance if you made it through this babbling post.
