Ultros is far from dead. Its just that there are plenty of FC already. Its like this on most worlds, as either people integrate to larger FC or make their own with their friends. More and more people are relying less on FC for end game and more on LS for end game. Ask around and find a LS that does the raids.

TY ill ask around the server once we all hop to one. They want to make a FC and run one.
