Also, I never, ever use Medica 2 for pulls. There's no need to.

I find it situationally useful. With Divine Seal + Regen + Medica II up, you're looking at 1k HoT ticks. I can sit in cleric stance for the entire duration of the pull without having to blow Benediction.
