That's sad indeed. I always liked reading you guys replies...after all the quality of content mixed with the text bugs is just as good as any other dev team posts...Hopefully they can just add a filter for this...we don't have many people at dev tracker anyway so they could just allow players to have an individual checkbox for each dev team member...this way those who don't like it can just uncheck Eemeefu and Fernehalwes.Hello all.
This is a topic which we had already discussed amongst ourselves at length since the inception of the Localization forum. After having read through your opinions, I can say that we genuinely appreciate both sides of the argument, but have decided it in the best interests of the forums for Localization posts to no longer appear in the dev tracker. Though our posts do, from time to time, contain information which may interest many players, the fact remains that the vast majority are text bug fixes, and we recognize that this simply isn't informative or useful reading for the vast majority.
That being said, we already spoke to a representative from the Community & Service team last week, and he has informed us that he should be able to make the necessary change to our accounts in the very near future. I apologize on behalf of the team for any inconvenience, and ask that you bear with us just a bit longer until we are able to remedy the situation.
Thank you.
Personally I'd still like to read the comments from the localization team, as the way they respond to bugs, when it's more than just 'Thanks. Got it. Fixed in [patch].', they're pretty entertaining.
Will we still be able to view the localization team's posts through the Localization subforum dev tracker?
I love the responses and even learned a thing or two.
Why not make it optional?![]()
I think the OP made some opo-opos cry!
I think perhaps this indicates that we need a more effective interface for tracking and finding dev posts.
Perhaps an Advanced Dev Tracker with more options for filtering and searching dev posts would be an adequate solution?

If you absolutely must remove them from the dev tracker because people can't be bothered to filter it, can you at least leave the little crown icon on the threads that have been responded to? It'd be nice to know which ones have actually been responded to versus discussed among the community.

Please give us the crowns back, or put it back the way it was entirely. It's just annoying to have to click all the threads to see what has been replied or not. Looking at the forum page too, it looks like none of them got replies!
Made me sad when I clicked and thought the whole "actually replying to people's threads" thing was over.
Well, it was a shame IMO. Once again SE actually picked the worst option from all possibles. Why not just adding a filter or something? Now all that actually liked the localization team need to check here manually just because a few bumbasses decided complaining about them being in the dev tracker.
The easier way is never the best one...to please a few people now all those who followed localization posts will be punished. :/
EDIT: Just noticed it was my post No.1000! /o/ So you guys can rejoice with another troll with over 1k posts lol! /dance /pose /joy
