I agree removing posts that are only replies about fixes would be best (or make a different tracker... or allow customization for what shows in the Tracker).
Hmm. . . I don't see why they wouldn't. Well, here's the steps to reproduce them on your own computer, then.

    1. Click near the top of the page where it says "English Forums"
    2. Scroll down to where it says "Community."
    3. Next to "Communtiy" is a "Dev Tracker" button. Press it.
    4. You're now looking at all General Discussion dev posts.

Same steps for the other one, but replace "Community" with "Gameplay."

Fern is a cool dude, i imagine him to be the classy dev member who sips a fine whine and says F*ck yea grammer! and will occasionally retort, Boohya anecdotal colloquialism in your face!

    Hello all.

This is a topic which we had already discussed amongst ourselves at length since the inception of the Localization forum. After having read through your opinions, I can say that we genuinely appreciate both sides of the argument, but have decided it in the best interests of the forums for Localization posts to no longer appear in the dev tracker. Though our posts do, from time to time, contain information which may interest many players, the fact remains that the vast majority are text bug fixes, and we recognize that this simply isn't informative or useful reading for the vast majority.

That being said, we already spoke to a representative from the Community & Service team last week, and he has informed us that he should be able to make the necessary change to our accounts in the very near future. I apologize on behalf of the team for any inconvenience, and ask that you bear with us just a bit longer until we are able to remedy the situation.

    Thank you.

Well, can we at least keep the option to have them show up?

Thanks ! This had killed my interest in devtrackers, I'll look the page more often now.

An option to hide/show localization dev threads would be nice though.

I support this, but if you happen to reveal any good details could you have them link to your original post for the dev tracker?

Or give you a button you can hit to make your post show on dev tracker if you decide it's worthy or not.

I had been thinking this same thing for a while. It made watching the dev tracker a little difficult. Localization posts tend to be a bit more 'cut and dried' in their responses, because generally there is either an error, or the current implementation is intended. It's great to see so many responses from the localization team, though, as that means they are really working hard to make sure that things like story and tooltips are accurate and interesting. =)

It's especially hard though because Eemeefu and Rukkirii have the same avatar. I think they should give Rukkirii a ribbon, or maybe better yet give Eemeefu a top hat! =D

Edit: Alternatively, they could have a sticky at the top of the localization forums that links to all of their responses, for those who enjoy reading them or checking if a particular bug has been responded to already.

I second this. A profile setting to show what is displayed on the dev tracker would be nice.
