    You're only in the dead center to pick up the Dread with lob. You back up afterwards so it's on top of Avatar.

    Healers need to try to not have Medica2 or Whispering Dawn up when Dread is about to pop. There's little need for it and it just makes hate more difficult.

    Yeah I always toss a voke after lob just in case there are too many Regens ticing.

    I lob > voke > lob > Spirits > 1,2,3

    the second lob is a waste of TP but my main job in the fight is the dreads.
