You're only in the dead center to pick up the Dread with lob. You back up afterwards so it's on top of Avatar.I recall doing that once and the raid group taking damage, Which was why I went to the left, turning the boss 90 degrees away. Not sure if it was a heal following gas bomb (or w/e it's called) and it briefly turned... though it never lost aggro on my screen. Doing this doesn't turn the boss 180, But it does cause the dread to veer away from the party before being re-situated towards the center.
I don't have issues with hate. I use thrill of battle for the extra enmity from the heal, for when it spawns.
Healers need to try to not have Medica2 or Whispering Dawn up when Dread is about to pop. There's little need for it and it just makes hate more difficult.

Yeah I always toss a voke after lob just in case there are too many Regens ticing.
I lob > voke > lob > Spirits > 1,2,3
the second lob is a waste of TP but my main job in the fight is the dreads.
