FF Freezing Randomly

Been having this problem since the October hotfix. I checked my CPU and RAM usage, and both were at a minimum when running FF. I also checked GPU usage, and it fluctuates mainly between 70% to 99%, which I believe is normal. It doesn't run very high on heat, nor does it overheat. However, the game still will freeze, and become unresponsive until I close it. I can play every other game alright in max settings without a problem; it only is FF.

Yes, I have everything updated. I have a Nvidia GTX 660, no overclock at all.

such freezes are usually a third party application injecting itself into the game and causing memory to corrupt.

Is there anything I can check to figure out what it might be? I've done driver sweeps cleaning out old ones, including the graphic drivers, and reinstalling, but nothing is working. It keeps happening.
