I know how you all feel, I have reported a guild of bots on my server for the past 2 months almost on a daily basis, all square does is send me the same cut and paste reply, I've played MMO's a lot over the years but I've never had the blatant disregard for the community as much as square does, heck even the bot ran Flyff used to have better customer service, and this is primarily the reason why when my time runs out on my gametime card I won't be subscribing again unless something is done, I'm moving back to my F2P, at least if there is bots i'm not paying to watch them rip the game apart unless I choose so, my only hope is that more people would follow suit to teach square a lesson, but it'll never happen...
