Platform: PS4

A couple of days ago I noticed the NPC dialog-window had somehow moved itself so it was partially off-screen. When trying to move it back into position I had to move it way up past where I actually wanted it to be, for it to register and then it would be placed a little lower than where I actually had left it when i refreshed the dialog-window. Additionally, moving the NPC dialog-window did not change the position of it during cutscenes. Currently I do not know of any way to move the NPC dialog-window during cutscenes and have to live with it being partially off-screen. I have talked to several other PS4-players who suffer from the same issues.

Suggestion: Add an NPC dialog-window option in the HUD-layout for users to move around and scale however they want and that changes the position of the dialog-window in both cutscenes and regular play.
