Why wouldn't it get a job it sounds like a puppetmaster.

Because I think Puppetmaster should be more physical (and maybe more technology based).

Puppetmasters have very little history in the series; however, one thing is known about them they usually use "puppets" which seems to fit with your idea. Also originally Puppetmaster was intended to be a magic based user (Necromancer) hence why they have a lot of mage gear. I love the idea; however, they should have a job to follow the system that SE already has in place heck they could even have a job completely new to the series.
