Yup, don't even get protect off, people charge in in every direction, means i gotta protect everyone individually and now I suddenly have a giant dent in my mp :/

If this was the case, he was lucky!

For me it was "barrier around party disappears, dps runs in straight away for the pull".

Premade group...7:8...DF 8th...need 8 to win easily...vote kick random 8th at 5% health so they can't lot the loot. That's why.

Had a fully decked out WHM just sit there casting Medica II every 15 seconds, and Cure II on me non-stop in between while doing Ifrit HM. Finally stopped trying to keep aggro, and me and the OT put on sword oath and let the WHM tank it. The pattern didn't change of the non-stop cure until MP ran out, I resumed MT. They tried it again, died, and only then did they finally stop.

Several DPS noticed as well as the other healer. Wasn't too happy of a crowd.

I don't blame them. Sometimes when I tank ifrit I alt-tab or just afk for a bit after I build enough aggro. Ifrit is boring as fuzz.
