Suggestion: In game notice board

Hello. I've had this idea in mind for a while and my inspiration comes from all those people in game shouting to advertise carries/recruitment/blah. After thinking of it I was kind of surprised there was no feature in the game like this already..

So I suggest SE to implement notice boards in game. With them people could advertise LS & FC recruitment, events and player sold services (carries, craft/gatherering goods etc) all in one place.

For LS/FC advertisement notices, there could even be a link for people to click to immediately apply to those LS's/FC's. Of course for security reasons whomever posts the notice would obviously have to have recruitment permissions as well.

Posting a notice would be free but you'd be limited to three up at any given time to deter spam.

Possibly Inn's or near the Market Board.

It could be near the Grand Company entrance, or beside the FC Chest in market areas. That way, people won't gather too much near the Market Board.

There could also be a "Report Spam/Harassment/RMT" button.

Very good suggestion, I hate having to do recruitment shouts, it would be much nicer for everyone if you could just post an advert somewhere and anyone looking for a free company could go to that place and check out every company currently recruiting.

If not a fixed notice board then it might be good if recruiters could wear or carry a sign or badge so anyone in the area could see who to ask about joining a free company without having to wait for a shout.
