This is generally why parties at A or C with fewer than 3 healers get steamrolled. Because you think you're not supposed to tank.

Wear VIT accs if you don't already.

Edit: To be fair, your problem is that you're a WHM. SCH can generally get beat on all day and make it work because Adlo acts like mini-Surecast.

As a SCH... how? I cast Adlo on myself and get beat on and then die once all my CDs (Attune when I see Im about to be burst to death, followed by equa+adlo+aura) and I get pewpew'd to death with all the interrupts as both heals are getting pummeled. I wear Vit combo of i90 and weathered i100 accessories.. :c

Your cast won't interrupt while under the effect of adlo. ^^
