Way to take out of context what some of us were trying to convey to the OP.
I normally have to use PF in order to fight Ramuh Ex, since we got our mains what we needed out of Ramuh Ex, my static no longer does it with me. So I must rely on PF to do it. I normally find really good pts as well too, but I normally find good PF on Hyperion most of the time.

Wait until echo and he will be easy. The problem cannot dps fast enough adds. Echo will sort that out

As a healer, I am mostly standing still, and when I do it with my FC I'm always #1 so I am also de-fearing and breaking chains most of the time but I have still little do to lol. As far as mechanics go I think it's pretty easy, but it requires a lot of communication and that's the hardest part. The dps check is quite tight too compared to the other primals as well. It's one of those fights were voice chat helps a lot.

Is it too easy for you? Downgrade!
No need to make it harder for others... all are happy!
Déjà-vu -> Its same as Titan HM was in 2.0 when we had to do it with iLvL55 before getting full set of darklight iLvL70
ramuh is the hardest because it's the last:
- it have higher DPS check
- people have less knowledge of how to deal with his move
- people don't get echo
The fight isn't too difficult in terms of mechanics. The mechanics though require a good deal of on the spot communication and high level of responsiveness of ALL players attending. And therein lies the "problem" really.
In many other fights in this game, one player paying a little less attention doesn't have to be that big of a problem. In Ramuh Ex it can greatly screw you over. And definitely when playing with PUGs it's always questionable whether all players attending are going to give it a 110%. Heck, I'd go as far as saying there's always at least 1 or 2 players who are more than likely just watching a movie and trying to get a carry on the side.
The on the spot communication is also very challenging on Ramuh Ex. As it is pretty much mandatory unless if you have players who all are capable of taking note of all surroundings and reacting in sync with each other. And since the latter is very unlikely to occur, you're forced to have VoIP applications ready. Not all PUGs have this luxury.
Ramah isn't bad really. It just takes some coordination...which the vast majority of players lack for some reason.
I tank the fight and love doing so. It's...almost too easy. Grab 3 orbs, voke, tank, wait for other tank to get 3 orbs, stop dpsing til he has aggro, repeat. And yet...I've seen too many tanks fail that. It's...sad.
I've also successfully DRG'd the fight several times, but people need good tanks a lot more than they do Drg that don't die in Ramuh for some reason...
The fight in a nutshell
100%-65% get used to positioning, cleaning orbs and Chaos. No over lapping on Thunderstorms. Thunderstorm always produces 4 orbs from any thunderstorm that isn't targeted on a player. Don't stand in the water while Thunderstorm is casting More Orbs mean Ramuh hits harder. Well i only notice damage increase on Thunderstorm
Adds - everything from above will still be present but gotta kill the adds and start leaving behind one . Adds do line AOE i think it is called thunderbolt. You notice this by the lightning going accross the screen. It does about 500-800 Damage, can be avoided by moviing away from the line lightning. He cast Judgement Bolt after the 4th or 5th death sentence.
65%-29% Tethers join the party. If you get it do not attack Ramuh with skills or auto attacks. Do not use the sprint button either.
MOst import part from here on out is Orb distribution
There should be one orb left up after Judgement Bolt. The tank should overcharge now.
Rotation should go like like this
1.Tethers --> thunderstorm | clean up remaining Orbs
2.Thunderstorm || OT collect and clean up rest
3.Tethers --> thunderstorm | leave one orb up (This will be used for MT to overcharge when timer is under 5 seconds)
4.Thunderstorm | healers collect three (this will ensure that both healer don't get tethers at a point in the fight because after 29% it becomes problematic with the additional damage everyone is taking)
Repeat step 1-4 for the fight and everyone will be fine. Might have to improvise a little just in case the OT gets tethers.
29%- 0% he hits a lot harder and frequently, the tanks will feel this more than others.
