    Digital 60-Day Game Time Card

    The charge went through on my visa....hours later I still haven't gotten any email about my purchase. The web page after I purchased it said I'd be contacted "shortly".

    Has anyone else here bought this online time card? How long did it take them to contact you?

    Did I miss a step and that's why I haven't gotten an email?

    Has an error occurred and that's why I haven't gotten my email?

    Because Ultimate Pay went down, this is the only way I can pay for my sub now. It's my first time buying this card and I'm scared something went wrong and that I wont be able to sub this way either...

    I have looked at other "customer support" pages for this but they're all confusing and not helpful. So hopefully the forum is helpful. :c

    Its been a day so I'm not sure if you've already solved this problem on your own but after you bought the time card, you should had been brought to a page that allowed you to download the "instructions." On this page, there should be a serial number, this number is your game time card code. If you've already exited this page, you can access it again by logging on to your account or track it by entering your e-mail and your password in the "Quick Track" function.

    So after emailing them they sent me a email back saying the orders been cancelled due to a conflict with addresses on the card and my account. I didn't think to change my account address to my recent one so that's my bad. But then they told me my prepaid wasn't charged... but it was. So I got charged for the product and never received it. I emailed them and told them this(with proof, a copy/paste of the charge on my visa), but all they said was that it was cancelled, that I wasn't charged and to try to buy it again.

    Guess it's not safe to buy from SE's store? >.< All this resulted in was lost cash...

    Had a similar problem; erroneous charge temporary

    I had a similar problem with a 60-day card that never sent me a code. The charge was logged on my credit card as pending, but it has never been charged. The successful charge from the next day was originally logged as pending but it has now been charged.

    There is still an annoyance that the pending amount is removed from your credit limit, but unless you are running really close to the limit, it shouldn't be an issue once the original charge is dropped from pending. (I'm not sure how long that takes; it hasn't been quite a week yet and it still shows as pending.)

    I have less than 1 dollar left on my card. I got a card with just the right amount of cash to buy the 60-day time card. It's NOT a re-loadable prepaid. So basically it's useless till/if I ever get my money back from them.

    If I actually get my money back some day I'll still be mad. It's been a huge waste of time and a headache. :C I don't feel safe buying from SE's website anymore.

    Thank you for the replies, by the way. Very helpful, unlike SE's support in this matter.
