    So I did a few more tests

    - The PLD enmity combo has lower enmity modifiers than WAR. About x3 and x5 instead of x3.5 and x5.5 seem to be right. So Symbiant was correct here.
    - Storm's Eye does not increase slashing damage by 11%. It is more like 6% - bs
    - Flash creates about 500 potency worth of enmity and is affected by damage and enmity modifiers
    - Defiance and Convalesence increase enmity for the healer (just a side note)

    Good catch at using Flash while under Pacification (totally forgot about that). I did the simulation first with timing Berserk and Unchained together, but the generated Enmity was lower than using Berserk on cooldown (I guess that's because Pacification does not affect auto attacks).

    I think that would be interesting to look at as well since crit is an important mechanic for war since wrath stacks and internal release both increase that.

    I'd also be interested to see dps and enmity while maximizing defensive buffs for WAR.
    I didn't factor in crit. That is why I wrote that rng favors WAR in a real scenario.

    I will add a simulation for maximizing dps while tanking (WAR only, there is nothing I can really change for PLD). A Simulation for maximizing defensive buffs would be pretty complicated. Maybe one with 100% Storm's Path uptime and using Inner Beast as much as possible?

    How oh how did you come to this conclusion? This is a simple test. I even checked the numbers visually, no programs messed this up. My gear was extremely low, more or less just an i90 axe and casting accessories I didn't care to take off.

    I applied Maim and then did Heavy Swing on a dummy. My range was 146 - 160, for an average of 153 damage.

    I then applied Maim + Storm's Eye. My range became 159 - 177, for an average of 168 damage, very close to 10% but not exactly, probably due to rounding in the calculations.

    Yeah, I saw the RNG note you had and noticed that IB didn't seem to pop up in your test when I scrolled through, but I figured it was better to ask.

    I'm really liking the testing so far as it seems that some of the assumptions we had about things may not be correct and it will be interesting to see what else is found.

    The results are at the top. The changes to the multipliers and the addition of Flash for WAR put the PLD between a typical Storm's Eye and Storm's Path rotation (which are the most practical). That is pretty balanced (imo).

    Maybe I'm just bad at playing Pld, but it seems a lot harder than War. With War I can hold enmity no problem on Pld I lose one or two mobs even tho my Pld is a higher I level and has a better weapon.

    Well this is all single target. In aoe situations WAR does have a huge advantage.

    The Flash buff is welcome, but I can't say the same for Circle of Scorn.

    PLD OTs already have annoying threat issues, and CoS is only going to make that worse.
