Someone correct me if I'm wrong... but I believe those items, like other reward items, are mog-mailed to you. These moogles have an icon on the map and if you tell me which city you're in, I can give you more precise directions.


Also, before you receive those items, you must subscribe. If you're still on your 30 day free period, or on a trial account, you won't have them yet. When you get a mogmail, there's an icon notification near the clock and a pretty distinct sound plays.
