I don't know how SE calculates surface collision detection in their game engine, but it causes both my character and my character's name to violently shake when walking down a slope, as if my character were rapidly going down tiny stairs. Demonstrated in this video.

Every time I see in the patch notes that there's been a change to environment collision detection, I get my hopes up that it's been fixed, but it's been this way since closed beta at least.

It's extremely distracting and takes away a lot of the immersion from the game.

Please fix this!

Also I've tried capping my framerate at less than 60fps and it still happens, so it's not a framerate issue.
