Ok first i'm not the one who got that problem but my brother ...second sorry for my english doing my best

Ok my brother got his pc broken long ago so he didnt play for long and one day when we came to my mom house to visit he played (on his account) on my little brother small laptop(wife connection) and he got 90000 error on the loading screen on his shiva server (main character) but when he went on hyperion(second main , my server) on the same pc he was in easely and was able to do a dungeon for test then he try again shiva and he get again 90000 error on the loading screen.

Then went he went back to our city i live over his apartment so he came to my pc (strong pc with a strong internet connection wired) he try (on his account) and he get 90000 error on shiva again on the loading screen but can go on hyperion (on his account)all time and do dungeon with no error.

Then we let it go and see if its server error (full people maybe) .. then i got vacation and let him my key so he can go play on my pc on his account while im gone but he get 90000 error all time (on the loading screen) and contact support and they said its the modem or firewall , or provider ... but we try with different pc and different internet company since my mom don't have the same one.

and then today we try again(on his account) and he got the same error 90000 error (on loading screen).. so he log off his account and i log on my account and create an character on shiva and guess what NO 90000 at all im in and i play

is there any who have the same problem ????

That's a lot of words to say he keeps getting disconnected from the Shiva server.

Anyway, to answer your question, no I do not disconnect that frequently from any server I play on. Perhaps just bad luck/connection.

its not disconnected ...he just cant enter shiva at all ..he cant pass the loading on shiva

and yeah i said alot of word ...but i had to explain all the solution we tried to show to people that we tried all

have him make another character on that server. if he can make and connect and reconnect on the new character it's not a connection problem.

also check the mogcenter and make sure he's not suspended. I can't tell with how you type weather he was on your account or his when he logged into Hyperion

Thanks ..we try and Yeah he was able to create a new character on shiva and play. then he try to log back on his main and got 90000 on the loading screen ..and his last log off long ago before pc broke he was in the mist ..so he wonder if his dying PF sold the house while he was in it could have bug the character ??? is that possible ?


Oh no ..all the time he try shiva and hyperion it was on his account .....my account was only to try creating a character on shiva

if it is a problem, call a GM from another account he should be able to reset the character at least, if they sold the Company house, it shouldn't matter as if you log out inside your home your automatically ejected from it, (never noticed when you log in from your company house your always outside)

It actually sounds like his character got logged off in an instance of some kind or during zone transition and his location data is corrupt. He'll want to submit a Support ticket to get this corrected.

Edit: The FC house being demolisihed could definitely be the culprit if he had logged off before the patch when they made it so you were kicked out into the housing zone if you logged back in after logging in a house.

My brother talked in chat with support saying its a problem with our port ... we only have problem with that character over 5 other character .... how come its our fault ... i dont need to change my internet option or firewall ...i tried with 2 different pc ...and all other character are ok and never get 90000 error .... and they dont know what to do .....

Now my brother lost his character ...good technical support they cant look into character probleme
