There are those that say this change is a pointless change. I disagree, to an extent; I like this change, yet, my only thought upon reading it was, "Why weapons?"

Personally, one of the features I liked best from other games I've played was a /showhelmet off command. If you are going to add this, could you please instead add a means to hide helmets, and such?

If I spend twenty minutes making the perfect hair for a character that makes them awesome/adorable/sexy, I'd rather not have it hidden all the time by the same gear that everyone else is wearing. This goes doubly so for headgear like coifs that hide hair entirely (and actually, if two members are of the same race wearing the same gear, actually make it hard in combat to tell the difference between them, particularly two melee).

I can get behind the change as it is, I just hope you add more functionality to it.
