Where is my RETAINERS? and where is my MONEY going?

My Subscription will be up in exactly 30 days, so I logged on and wasn't able to access my 2 extra retainers.. I thought my retainers purchases were synced with my subscription purchase. I'm pretty sure thats why they took $101.94 out of my account my last subscription renewal. I don't understand why I have to pay an additional $4 this month.

Are you paying for 90 days or something? That's like $41-42. Unless you have two accounts then -shrug-. $100 on one account seems a bit absurd, sorry.

Anyways, I think its when you first got/paid your retainers. Other than that, I have no idea.

Yea, I always did the 180 days since launch which was $77.94 and 2 retainers are $4 a month.. So 6 months is $24 but my sub isnt up until the 30th of this month which should be my retainers time also.

No, his retainers are "apparently" locked and unavailable to use, and was wondering why he cannot access them when he's "apparently" paying this much for his account.

No, the thing is why am I charged an additional $4 on top of the $101.94.... I mean Ive been trying to contact them about it so right now its the waiting game...

Gunna state this again; Have you checked your history in the Mog Station to see if it was even paid? That tab tells you everything and where your money is going.

101.94 is 6 months service with the 2 extra retainers - did you set up the new retainers in game? They aren't automatic - you have to create them like you did the original two.

ok 1st your math SUCKS. if its 77.24 for 180 days 180 days is 6 months. so 77.24+4= 81.24 so where the heck are you getting the other 20 from? also 2 this is NOT the support forums this is GENERAL the CMS do not solve your issue here especially if your bad at math
