I think just about everyone knows of Urth's Gift so I'll start by listing it.

i45-i50 @ Urths Gift is about 3-4% a pull and you can complete a set in about 30 minutes. (NQ gear/No melds)
i55 sets here are about 45 minutes a set. (HQ gear/No melds)

Typically I get 1 or 2 tierIV materias from a set of i45-i50.

Where do you SB at a good rate?

By sets, do you mean just HQ? Any materia added? Sb potion used?

Anyway, standard HQ cobalt cuirass set with amber accessories, no materia added, spiritbond potion used:

Castrum Meridianum gives ~70% a run, depending on how many mobs are skipped and additional mobs spawned. I prefer this as you can also do roulette for gil and tomestones (and let's be honest, all you need is a zenith weapon and 45+ relevant armor to speedrun it)

The best is Urth's Gift because quite simply, it is currently the only place with lvl 50 open world mobs.
For dungeons, I would imagine Coil Turn 3 is good because there is nothing but trash mobs in there. The mobs are appears as lvl 50 but the real level appears to be higher, given that they used to give decent progress on i70 equips.
Starting part of Brayflox is good too.

SB rate depends entirely on the difference between iLvl and the mob level, and you can think of 15 levels as a soft cap for the rates.
- Bonuses are applied for any materia melded and if item is HQ.

For T1 to T2 materia, you can farm sheep in Coerthas for additional income. Diremites in N. Shroud used to sell well but no longer.
Or you can just go to the poacher camps in South. Shroud for the highest cluster of mobs if you don't care about drops.

T2+ materia, no place better than Urth's Gift. If crowded, party with the other people. If more than one party, can go to any place with lvl 49 mobs.
Or you can dungeon crawl in the appropriate level dungeon.

I90 is T4 while it is not worth it unless you get 1 or 2 deter mat, it very fast and fun.

That type of information is usually not shared but everyone has their price..... mine is about 50 million~
